semalam aku baca gen surgery.pasal wound healing.hehe..tiba tiba teringat pulak pasal wound aku.

phases of wound healing ada 3.first phase, is inflammatory phase.phase ni occur immediately after the injury to 2-5 days la.waktu ni la platelet datang,vasoconstriction,vasodilatation, realase of inflammatory products.kira nya waktu ni memang ko akan rasa sakit lah kan.next phase is proliferative phase,2 days- 3weeks.. waktu ni fibroblast akan lay bed of collagen.

collagen ni akan fills balik dekat tempat wound tu, lepas tu ada formation of blood vessel (angiogenesis).

blood vessel ni akan bagi nutrient n O2 dekat  a newly formed collagen n matrix.

last phase adalah remodeeling phase.remodelling phase ni around 3 weeks -2 years. waktu ni still ada new collagen forms which increases the tensile strength of the scar. tapi scar tissue ni only 80% as strong as original tissue.

so,in my case,aku rase aku tengah dlm first phase tu.inflammatory phase.haihhhhhhhhhh.abes segala macam chemical mediators keluar,patot la emo semacam kan.yela aku pun baru lagi dpt luka ni..aiceeeeh!patut la sakit habis..hahahaha.

tapi aku rasa aku tak de la nak luka berdarah sangat.tak de lah nak emo gila-gila sampai tak lalu nak makan,tak lalu nak mandi ke,..aku ok jek.atill boleh makan dengan jayanya,siap berat aku naik lagi ape, still boleh siapkan kerja prostho bengong aku, still boleh gelak besar-besar sampai hilang ayu..hahahaha

cuma aku tak boleh buka fb jek.takot dia punye status da in a relationship.
